Dependable, professional home repairs and odd jobs for the Treasure Valley — no job too small.
Owning a home or managing a rental comes with a lot of moving parts. Over time, things break, wear down, or simply need an upgrade — and finding a reliable home repair service can feel like an uphill battle. Many homeowners face contractors who don’t return calls, show up hours late, or turn down jobs because the checklist is “too small.”
At All Around Property Services LLC, we do things differently. Owned and operated by Jake Baird, we provide dependable, professional, high-quality handyman services throughout Meridian, Boise, Eagle, Nampa, Caldwell, and Star. No job is insignificant — whether you need a single door re-aligned, a ceiling fan hung, a TV mounted, or a long honey-do list crossed off all at once, we tackle every task with punctuality, skill, and outstanding customer care.
Safe, perfectly level TV mounting for any size screen. We find the exact center of your wall studs, mount heavy-duty brackets securely, and manage the cables cleanly — above a fireplace, in a bedroom, or out on a covered patio.
Skip the confusing manuals and hours on your knees with an Allen wrench. Entertainment centers, bed frames, office desks, patio sets, grills, sheds, pergolas, playsets — basically anything that arrives in a box, we assemble it quickly and correctly.
Houses settle, and doors and cabinets shift out of alignment. We fix rubbing doors, stubborn deadbolts, and crooked cabinet doors, replace hinges and doorknobs, install smart locks, and mount new cabinet hardware.
New light fixtures, ceiling fans, and video doorbells swapped out safely. We also hang heavy mirrors, mount floating shelves, set up blinds and curtain rods, and install shiplap or beadboard accent walls — all anchored securely.
Preparing a rental for new tenants or closing a sale? Send us your inspection report or turn list and we’ll knock out the minor carpentry, drywall, and hardware repairs fast — keeping your transaction or lease right on schedule.
If we schedule a time, we show up. We respect your home, your time, and your schedule.
We explain what needs fixing, why, and what it costs. Zero hidden fees or sales gimmicks.
We’re genuinely happy to hang a single heavy mirror or patch one hole in the wall.
A legitimate, registered Idaho business, for your complete peace of mind.
As a locally owned small business, we treat our clients like neighbors — because you are our neighbors.
